Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta President Raphael Bostic said the US central bank still has some way to go on raising interest rates this year and cautioned it is too soon to say the inflation surge has peaked, although he noted there are some hopeful signs on that front .
“We all, as policy makers, understand that inflation is a big problem and is a challenge that we’re going to do all that we can handle,” Mr. Bostic said in a Wall Street Journal interview Wednesday.
